This policy forms part of the CodeElveza marketplace agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

This notice explains how CodeElveza uses cookies and similar technologies on CodeElveza. Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels.
1. Strictly necessary technologies
These are required to provide services requested by the user and cannot ordinarily be disabled through the marketplace. They may include session authentication, CSRF protection, shopping-cart state, checkout continuity, security preferences, load balancing and cookie-choice records. Disabling them in the browser may prevent login, checkout or other essential features.
2. Preference technologies
Preference cookies remember choices such as interface state, language, display settings or dismissed notices. Where required, these are activated only after consent.
3. Analytics technologies
When enabled, analytics help us understand aggregate traffic, navigation, page performance, search use and errors. We should configure analytics to minimise personal data and avoid activating non-essential analytics until the user has made a valid choice where consent is required.
4. Advertising and social-media technologies
CodeElveza will not use behavioural advertising, retargeting or third-party social-media tracking unless it is clearly disclosed, appropriately configured and activated only with any legally required consent.
5. Typical storage periods
- Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends or after the configured inactivity period.
- Security and preference cookies may last from several days to one year, depending on purpose.
- Consent records may be retained long enough to demonstrate and respect the user’s choice.
- Third-party providers set their own periods, which must be disclosed before those technologies are enabled.
6. Your choices
Where a cookie banner or settings panel is available, you may accept, reject or change non-essential categories. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also clear or block cookies through browser settings, but essential features may stop working.
7. Third-party cookies
Payment, fraud-prevention, embedded demo, support or analytics providers may place cookies when their services are used. Their privacy and cookie notices govern those technologies. CodeElveza should limit third-party scripts to approved providers and review them periodically.
8. Do Not Track and similar signals
Browser privacy signals are not implemented consistently. Where legally required and technically supported, CodeElveza will respect recognised opt-out signals. Users can always use the cookie controls made available on the platform.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when technology or legal requirements change. Questions about cookies or consent should be sent to privacy@codeelveza.com.
